This case study supports our Marsden Park service area page and shows how One X Done scopes real residential construction cleaning around the builder's programme, site condition and handover date.
The primary service for this project was Double Storey Handover Clean, with the same builder-focused standard used across pre clean, handover and sparkle stages.
Project Snapshot
Marsden Park, Greater Sydney NSW
New-build presentation reset
Ready for supervisor and client walk-through
Site Context
Marsden Park handovers are usually programme-driven, with late finishing trades, estate access windows and tight dates around client inspection. This double storey build needed a full handover clean after trades had cleared but before final client presentation.
Scope Delivered
The crew worked through glass, tracks, cabinetry, floors, wet areas, skirting, doors, architraves and surface dust. Particular attention went to sliding door tracks, bathroom grout haze, joinery interiors and the stair zone where fine construction dust had settled.

- Ready for supervisor and client walk-through
Handover Result
The site was brought back to inspection-ready condition without splitting the work across different contractors. The builder had one crew, one scope and a clean property ready for handover.
