These terms govern the relationship between One X Done Cleaning Professionals (ABN 92 941 603 147), "we" or "us", and any builder, project manager, supervisor or other party who books or uses our residential construction cleaning services, "you" or "the client". By booking work or accepting a quote you accept these terms.
Services we provide
We provide residential construction cleaning for builders in Greater Sydney, NSW, including pre cleans, handover cleans, sparkle cleans and practical completion cleans. We do not provide commercial cleaning, end of lease cleaning, office cleaning, Airbnb cleaning or domestic housekeeping.
Quotes
Trade quotes are scoped to the site, stage and programme dates you provide. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless stated otherwise. A quote is an offer; a booking is created only when both parties confirm the date and scope in writing (email or other written form).
Bookings and scheduling
We schedule confirmed bookings into our programme. If trade delays, weather or other circumstances on your site shift the handover date, contact us as soon as possible so we can reschedule. Re-quoting may be required if the scope or condition of the site has materially changed from the original brief.
Cancellation
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the booked start time are no charge. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee to cover allocated crew time. Same-day cancellations where the crew has already mobilised may be charged at the full booking amount.
Site access and safety
You are responsible for providing safe site access, including working electricity, working water, adequate lighting and safe walking surfaces. The site must be free of unresolved hazards (loose flooring, exposed live wiring, unsecured trip hazards) at the time of the clean. Where the site is not safe to work in, our crew may pause or withdraw and we reserve the right to charge for time on site.
Insurance and compliance
We hold $20 million public liability insurance and our crew holds current White Cards and is covered by WorkCover NSW. We supply Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) on request. We are not responsible for damage to pre-existing defects, latent finish issues or items installed outside the scope of our cleaning brief.
Liability
Where we are responsible for damage caused by negligence in delivering a clean, our liability is limited, to the maximum extent permitted by law, to the value of the booking or the cost of remedying the damage, whichever is lower. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Payment
Standard payment terms are 14 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Invoices are issued after completion of work. Late payment may attract interest at the Reserve Bank of Australia cash rate plus 2% per annum, calculated daily.
Defect and re-clean policy
If you identify an issue with our work, notify us in writing within 48 hours of the clean. Where the issue is within scope and our responsibility, we will return to address it at no additional cost. Issues arising from trades returning to site, post-clean dust, weather or new defects are out of scope of the original clean.
Intellectual property
The content on this website, including text, design, photography and graphics, is owned by or licensed to One X Done Cleaning Professionals and is protected by Australian and international copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute the content without our written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this URL, with the effective date shown above.
